Please note that these are estimated delivery times based on live quotes and can vary slightly. Delivery times begin once your order has been processed, dispatched, and picked up by the carrier. We generally require 48 business hours to process orders and provide your shipping confirmation. Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday.
Important Shipping Information
- Once your order has been dispatched, your address cannot be changed. Please check your cart items and shipping information carefully before finalizing your order.
- We are not liable for incorrect information entered during the checkout process. If you do not provide the correct shipping address, we are not required to refund your order.
- In the unlikely event of a shipping delay, we do not refund shipping costs.
Customs Import Duty & Taxes
For international shipments, any applicable customs duties and taxes will be calculated and included in the final cost of your order at checkout. This ensures a smooth and transparent process, with no unexpected fees or delays at the border.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for holding times of packages by customs. If an item is returned to us because you were not available to receive your package and did not organize an alternative collection, we will not refund any customs duty & taxes paid. Return shipping for such cases is also the customer's responsibility.
Order Changes & Returns
- Once a sale order is placed, we cannot add or remove items. A new order will need to be placed for additional items, and unwanted items from the original order will need to be returned separately.
- If your order is shipped before your customer service email regarding an incorrect item is checked, it is the customer's responsibility to return the incorrect items purchased.
