Yes, we're thrilled to offer worldwide shipping from our base in Canada! To see available shipping options, estimated delivery times, and costs for your specific location, simply proceed to checkout and enter your address. Our system will then provide real-time quotes from various carriers.

Please note that for some countries, applicable taxes (like VAT or GST) will be added to your order total at checkout to ensure a smoother delivery. For other destinations, taxes or duties may be collected by customs or the carrier upon arrival if your order exceeds a certain value.

Currently, Khonsu products are only available for purchase online through our website. However, we're actively working on bringing our collections to physical retail locations in the near future!

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us here within 14 days of the delivery date. Provide clear photos and a description of the defect and we will assess the issue and provide a resolution as soon as possible.

Make sure you follow the simple steps to keep your swimwear clean:

• Hand wash you swimwear in cold soapy water, rinse after.
• Do not wash in warm or hot water.
• Lay flat out of direct sunlight to dry.
• Do not iron.
• Do not dry clean your swimwear.
• Make sure after leaving the beach that all sand is removed from the swimwear as this can dry out the fabric.
• Store in a dry place.
• Avoid contact with sunscreens, oils & chlorine- this may cause the colour to fade and damage the material.
• Avoid contact with rough surfaces.

We recommend selecting a size up from your usual size if you prefer extra coverage or are experiencing body changes, such as during pregnancy. This ensures a comfortable and flattering fit that moves with you.
We offer two coverage options to match your style and comfort level.

• Minimal Coverage: A Thong-like fit for those who love minimal tan lines.
• Full Coverage: Sculpted yet secure fit that offers more coverage while enhancing curves. 

In the collections BREATH and ELEMENTS - minimal and full coverage, run slightly smaller than average. Be sure to check the measurements in the product description to find your perfect fit.
