KHONSU - Return & Refund Policy
We believe in the confidence that comes with perfect swimwear and apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we’re committed to making it right with our streamlined returns process. We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every KHONSU purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for full-priced items within 30 days of delivery date. "Full-priced items" are defined as those purchased at their original price, excluding any promotional discounts. KHONSU reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. In such cases, the item(s) will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original, pristine condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. We do not accept returns for items with stains, odors, or signs of any wear. All original tags, including swing tags and hygiene liners, must be securely attached and untampered with. Garment bags must be returned; a CA$10 fee will be deducted for each missing bag. Proof of purchase (order number) is required for all returns.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method that has been used. We do not refund back shipping, taxes, or duties and we do not cover the return postage fees. Route Shipping is non-refundable even if a product is returned. Please allow 14 business days from the date we’ve received your return, for your refund to be processed. Direct exchanges are not offered, for different sizes, styles or products, please place a new order online.
Prepare Your Return
- Ensure the item is in its original condition, with all tags and the garment bag.

- Visit our website's "Returns" section.
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select the items you wish to return and provide the reason.
Package & Ship
- Securely package the item(s) with the completed return form.

We recommend using a trackable service, and always make sure to receive a receipt when your return has been dropped off.
Confirmation & Refund
You will receive an email confirmation upon receipt of your return.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of delivery.
Faulty Items
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us at info@khonsuswim.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Provide clear photos and a description of the defect and we will assess the issue and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
Important Notes
We are committed to environmental responsibility. Returns that are not resellable due to customer actions, create waste. Our policies are in place to ensure the quality and hygiene of our products.
