We put a lot of effort into making sure your order arrives safely and quickly. Here is our shipping policy:
- We do not ship to PO boxes
- All our orders come with complete door-to-door tracking.
- FedEx service requires a signature upon delivery, with no exceptions.
- FedEx delivery has a compulsory safe drop service.
- if you choose to remove a signature from your FedEx shipment, KHONSU cannot take responsibility for any stolen, lost, or damaged shipments once deemed delivered by the carrier.
- we do not ship to Russia or military bases.
- please allow 48 business hours to process orders and receive the tracking number/confirmation of order shipment.
- KHONSU is not liable for wrong information entered during the checkout process. If you do not provide the correct shipping address, we are not required to refund. Please make sure all your shipping information is accurate before finalizing an order.
- shipping times begin once the order has been processed, dispatched, and picked up by FedEx. Please note that orders are dispatched Monday - Friday.
- KHONSU does not refund shipping costs if, in the unlikely situation, shipping is delayed

CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY & TAXES
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING OUT OF SWITZERLAND
We use FedEx International Connect Plus for shipments with Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) as the default shipping method. This allows us to cover any customs duties and taxes due on the delivery of goods. Shipping with Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) is an advantage for our customers outside of Switzerland because it removes the hassle and cost associated with customs duties and taxes. DDP means that all duties and taxes due on delivery are included in the final cost of the item when you place your order, so there are no additional costs or delays at the border.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT KHONSU IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HOLDING TIMES OF PACKAGES BY CUSTOMS.
All items are to be signed for by FedEx or Swiss Post. If you are not home to receive your package, have no one else to sign for the item and have not organized an alternative way to collect your package, and your item is returned to us, we will not refund you any import duty & Taxes.
KHONSU will not cover return shipping; this is the customer's responsibility.
If your order is shipped before your customer service email is checked, it is the customer's responsibility to return the incorrect items purchased.
Once a sale order is placed, we can not add or remove items to or from the current placed order. A new order will have to be placed for additional items & items not wanted will have to be returned.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
All KHONSU purchases will come with a tracking number supplied to you in your order dispatch confirmation email.
